House of STEM™A program of Straight Path 4 Humanity

Bring the House of STEM to your school or event.

A team of champions brings hands-on career exposure to students, on your campus or at your community event. Serving schools and communities across the country.

Curiosity Becomes Capability. The House of STEM is where excellence is the standard and champion careers are built™

Kiana Ali Gadson

Kiana Ali-Gadson

Founder and Executive DirectorStraight Path 4 Humanity, House of STEM™

Kiana has championed her career and motorsports for more than 25 years as a professional motorsports athlete manager. The World Champions she has cultivated over the last two decades have collected 20 championships between them. Kiana has built partnerships, created opportunities, and managed talent and career development in motorsports, working with national and international OEMs, manufacturers, brands, apparel companies, magazines, schools, and other corporations. As the program director of House of STEM, she brings that standard of excellence and a tough spirit to the program, connecting students, schools, industry, and community to real career pathways.

Even though she’s known as a person who prefers life out of the spotlight, her passion clearly speaks louder than words. Kiana has been intentional about the causes that matter to her, health and families, from nutrition to maternal health. She later became a doula while living in metro Atlanta and went on to support mothers through childbirth (even her oldest daughter). She joined a team of midwives fighting for maternal health and raising awareness of the maternal mortality crisis in Georgia (one of the highest in the nation). Born and raised in Philadelphia, she and her partner organized a motorcycle charity ride from Philadelphia down to South Carolina, raising awareness and support for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), one of the best hospitals in the country. Though most of her career has been in mainstream motorsports, it’s her time in health and education that earned her the name “Kiana Holistic”, achieving many goals in one lifetime.

On December 27, 2025, just days before the New Year, Kiana had to say goodbye to her youngest daughter, Laila, at the young age of 18, in a metro Atlanta hospital. For her, the mission has to continue.
